The company's founder, a professional geologist with over 15 years of experience in geological exploration, MSc. Azamat has a high level of expertise in structural geology and geological exploration methods. His practice includes experience working with deposits of various genesis: polymetallic (Rudny Altai), copper-porphyry (Balkhash-Ili, Chatkal-Kuramin, Mongolian magmatic arcs), epithermal gold, infiltration uranium (Chu-Sarysu depression), chromium (Kempirsai ore-bearing region), vanadium (Karatau ridge). Despite his extensive experience, Azamat regularly takes advanced training courses abroad. In recent years, he has completed internships in the US (“Porphyry Cu, Mo, and Au Deposits,” “Structural Geology for Geotechnicians,” Arizona), Greece (“Description and Field Identification of Volcanic Rocks,” Milos Island), Cardiff University - Structural geology for exploration and mining. Azamat led geological consulting projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Ma'aden Ivanhoe Electric joint venture.
Timur Medeo
Instructor
Professional geologist, mineralogist-petrographer with over 7 years of experience in the prospecting and exploration of solid mineral deposits. Timur has extensive hands-on expertise with porphyry copper, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS), copper-nickel, sed-hosted copper, and epithermal gold deposits, as well as lithium and phosphate deposits, both across Kazakhstan and internationally.
Timur’s core focus lies in Mineralogy and Petrography, where he carries out in-depth mineralogical and petrographic research, combining a scientific approach with practical application for the mining industry. He actively shares his knowledge by conducting professional courses and workshops in applied Mineralogy and Petrography for both colleagues and students, and he has academic teaching experience at the Department of Geology of Satbayev University.
Timur regularly improves his qualifications by undergoing trainings with international experts and at leading scientific institutions (University of Arizona (USA) – “Ore Deposits Mapping”; FOOTPRINT SPA (Chile) – “Hydrothermal Copper Porphyry Systems”; Nazarbayev University (Astana) – “Facial Analysis and Sedimentary Environments”, etc.).

Ekaterina continuously advances her professional development and offers valuable insights into modern analytical methods, database auditing, and predictive modeling for ore deposits.
Din Muhammed Ali Srajadin
Instructor
Master of Engineering, geologist with field experience across exploration projects at various stages. He has substantial expertise working with porphyry copper-molybdenum, volcanogenic massive sulfide, epithermal gold deposits, and lithium brines in Central Asia.
He specializes in remote sensing interpretation of ASTER satellite imagery. Through his analysis of such data, Din Muhammed has repeatedly identified prospective targets that were subsequently confirmed through field investigations and recommended for detailed exploration programs. His additional areas of expertise include ore deposit mapping, spectral geology, lithogeochemical exploration, drill core logging, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
In 2023, he completed an international internship in Arizona, USA, where he conducted advanced studies of Cu-Au-Mo porphyry deposits.
